Общественная архитектура – будущее Европы

Государственный музей архитектуры им. А.В. Щусева совместно с Европейским культурным центром Россия и Европейским культурным центром Италия представит выставку «Общественная архитектура – будущее Европы». Выставкапродлится с 31 января по 28 июня 2020 года.

Выставка «Общественная архитектура – будущее Европы» покажет уже осуществленные, еще не реализованные и даже воображаемые архитектурные проекты и познакомит с идеями архитекторов, изучающих градостроительство, инновации и вопросы экологии. На выставке будут представлены проекты социального жилья, зеленых зданий, экодомов, образовательных и общественных пространств, вокзалов и аэропортов.

Более сорока участников проекта – архитекторы, фотографы, строительные компании и архитектурные бюро, университеты и культурные фонды – поделятся идеями, которые способствуют оживлению и процветанию городов, а также покажут как развивать альтернативные подходы в современной архитектуре, сохраняя культурное наследие Европы.

Выставка расскажет о современной общественной архитектуре Европы и новом поколении профессионалов, которое формируют наше будущее, развивают диалог об архитектуре на всех континентах и извлекают уроки из разнообразия практик.

Выставочные проекты будут представлены в девяти залах Государственного архитектурного музея им. А.В. Щусева – несколько из них будут посвящены одной организации или проекту, в других залах будет представлены групповые проекты, многие из которых будут созданы специально для выставки.

Выставка продлится с 31 января по 28 июня 2020 года, открытие
состоится 30 января с 19:00 до 22:00.

31 января состоится деловой завтрак и симпозиум.
10:30-13:00 – Бизнес-завтрак
15:00-18:00 – Симпозиум 

Бизнес-завтрак - это закрытое мероприятие, на которое можно попасть по приглашениям. За завтраком у лидеров отрасли будет возможность встретиться друг с другом и обсудить особенности рынка в России. Специальный гость: Андрей Боков – кандидат технических наук, бывший президент Союза архитекторов России, член Московского отделения Международной академии архитектуры, член-корреспондент Российской академии архитектуры и строительных наук (РААСН), член Европейского культурного Общества.

Симпозиум пройдет в пространстве музея “Руина” и будет включать в себя выступления и презентации по теме выставки.
Цель мероприятий: стимулировать диалог об общественной архитектуре и ее будущем в европейском контексте.

“Public Architecture - Future for Europe”

The Schusev State Museum of Architecture in cooperation with the European Cultural Centre - Russia and the European Cultural Centre - Italy presents the exhibition “Public Architecture - Future for Europe”. The Opening Ceremony will be held on the 30th of January and the exhibition will run from the 31th of January until the 28th of June 2020.

The exhibition “Public Architecture - Future for Europe” aims to present realized, not yet realized and even dream projects for the future of public architecture in Europe and shows ideas from architects who are sincerely concerned with urban development, city planning, innovations and environmental questions; Architecture for the People. The exhibition will present projects about social housing, green buildings, passive houses, mobility, educational and civic spaces, train stations, airports, all public buildings and spaces.

An international group of approximately 40 architects, firms, photographers, universities and architecture institutions active in Europe, will share their ideas on the development of alternative approaches and new architecture along with the respect for cultural heritage in Europe, which will result in urban revitalization in general. The role of creative and critical thinking, fostered by arts, architecture and cultural activities, plays a key role in building active communities in diverse urban development contexts.

The exhibition aims to showcase a cross-section of public architecture nowadays which belongs to the generations living Europe and shaping our own future, enriching the reflection and dialogue upon public architecture across the continents and learning from the diversity of approaches.

At the Schusev State Museum of Architecture the exhibition projects will be displayed in 9 rooms, a few rooms will be dedicated to one single firm or project and in addition, several rooms will be used to present a combination of projects, many of which will be created on purpose for the exhibition.

The exhibition runs from 31 January until 28 June 2020, with the Opening on the 30 of January, from 19:00 to 22:00.

On the 31st of January the program includes a business breakfast in the morning, starting from 10.30 am and a symposium during the afternoon, from 3 to 6 pm.
The business breakfast is a close event under invitation, an opportunity to connect to local industry leaders and understand the particularities of the Russian market, while the symposium is open to the public and will develop the debate among the participants about architecture for the public space.
Special guest: Andrey Bokov, PhD, former President of the Russian Architects’ Union, member of the Moscow department of the International Academy of Architecture, corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences (RAACS), member of the European Culture Society, and several other guests. Architects, developers, professional media will be present.

The symposium will be organized in the area of the Museum called “Ruin” and will include speeches and presentations related to the exhibition.
The aim of the events to stimulate the dialogue around the topic of the Public Architecture and the future scenarios of architecture in the European context. We would like to create a discussion made by different experiences, thoughts and suggestions for our own existences in the years to come.
